A nursery which ensures safety, security, and love for your child is a great nursery. Here at Oceanway Assembly we have a great nursery. All of our staff are closely examined to see if they are fit to work with children. To keep all of our nursery staff accountable, we monitor each room with closed-circuit cameras. Above all we show the love of Christ to all our little ones. We offer nursery during all services.

Our Preschool department strives to excite kids about God and His Word. We believe that it is essential for a preschooler to learn to worship, pray, and learn God’s Word. On Sundays , all the kids come together to sing and learn a lesson with the help of a puppet. Ask them about Whiskars! We offer preschool during all our services (Sunday & Wednesday).

Faith Factory is a high-impact theater styled ministry to kids ages 6-12. Faith Factory meets in the Family Life Center. In the Family Life Center, we have it staged to look like a Factory. The cast members wear uniforms appropriate for a factory. We teach the lesson through drama in three scenes with high impact elements thrown in between. The kids love it! After the last scene, we have a weekly challenge for the kids.

“Changing the world one girl at a time”…is the vision statement for the Mpact Girls Clubs. Every week girls are being mentored to be women of God. It is a wonderful thing to see girls learning to tackle head-on, the tough issues that life presents.  Mpact Girls Clubs meet on Wednesday night at 7:00pm in the Family Life Center.

Whether it’s in a small group in a classroom or in a large group in a campsite, our boys are being discipled to become men of God. The vision of the Royal Rangers ministry is to “Reach, Teach, and Keep boys for Christ.” Your boy will love the adventure of Royal Rangers.  Royal Rangers meet on Wednesday night at 7:00pm in the Family Life Center.

Monday Night JAM (Jesus And Me) is our outreach ministry to inner-city kids in Jacksonville. Every Monday night we have a service, small groups, and fellowship to help fulfill the Great Commission. 

Junior Bible Quiz is one of the best discipleship tools the Assemblies of God has to offer. Kids learn questions and answers and take their knowledge on the road to compete versus other churches. You will be amazed at how excited kids get to learn God’s Word. It’s a RUSH!  Junior Bible Quiz practices on during Sunday School Sunday mornings in the Family Life Center (August-March).
